Join us, volunteer, become a vendor or entertain at the market. We are always on the look out for locals to be a part of our home grown market! Fill out the form below and let us know what you are looking to do, some samples of your work (if applicable), and send it off to us by clicking the submit button. We'll review your submission, contact you with a decision, and provide potential dates you can be a part of the market (if selected). Good luck!

Criteria:

For all:

- Let us know where you are from/are you from Shawnee and/or have you lived here?/What is your connection to the area?

- Do you need any extra accommodations? And any other information you believe to be relevant to our decision making process.

Vendors:

- Photos of your what you're selling (please email us this after submitting the form below to destinationshawnee@gmail.com)

- In the message below please mention:

• What do you plan on selling?

• Name any and/or all the markets you can sell at:

  • May 5th, June 2nd, July 7th, Aug. 4th, Sept. 1st, Oct. 6th?​

• How long have you been selling/have you sold with us before?

• What is your price range (ex: each item costs between $0.50-$150)?

Entertainers:

- Photos and/or videos of how you preform (please email us this after submitting the form below to destinationshawnee@gmail.com)

- In the message below please mention:

• What is your form of entertainment?

• How long have you been doing this type of entertainment?

• Will you need any extra accommodations (ie. lights, stage, electrical, mics, craft supplies, etc)?​

- Give us a brief description of your skills, how you envision helping the Shawnee Farmers Market, and if you have helped us in the past?

- Please list of any of these things interest you as a volunteer:

• Event Coordination

• Vendor/Entertainment Setup and Tear Down

• Being on our Board of Directors

• Helping out on our Social Media Team

• Etc: anything else that comes to mind!
